Finally after long and dark hours input of work. Magnito's album has finally arrived, featuring the soothing vocals of Robyn, who appears on 2 0f 10 well concatenated tracks.
Further, his invitation extended to his long dedicated partner Jonwill Volmink, whom is part of 3 composed song which 2 are fully composed in isolation, the album also features Groovy-D who has contributing to the long awaited album.
We had a chat with Magnito as to why the album name is Pink 26 and the story is as follow:
We'll I started with the album in 2018 when I first found out my mom's Diagnoses which is Cancer.
She is currently a recovering Cancer patient and is doing superb! In addition, it is a great feeling to display what I made for her during the lonesome times spent after the daily visits in hospital, production is where I would focus my energy and a marvelous piece of work was crafted.
The emotions came tumbling down, and I capitalized on this energy to compile the album together, which is a true reflection of how I personally felt during the duration of darkness.
It was mind blowing to even think and bare the thought of losing the reason of my existence in such a vicious way.
I thank the mystical and miracle work of the Almighty God to have given me such a fighter and an additional chance to make it under mom’s observation to witness the greatness in store for me.
To have spared Mom until the day I release the creation I have created with my friends is a true honor and blessing from above, I cannot even begin to imagine how thankful I am to my close friends, friends I lost and to new friends I gained during this tough time.
The reason of my album named Pink 26 is that I started with it at 26 and the Pink colour resembles and is an awareness colour for this devastating disease.
To conclusion, Cancer is not a death sentence with a period attached as per the doctors where low faith lingers, together we can overcome the battle, and one should never lose hope or faith!
